Tenor Brian Stucki is joined by pianist Vedrana Subotic for this rare live performance of Schubert's beloved song cycle "Die schöne Müllerin" (The Beautiful Miller Maid). Wilhelm Müller's poetry narrates a story of a young man's tragic love for the beautiful maid he encounters at a Mill. Madness, love, rivalry, and death follow, told by Schubert through a dramatic vocal and piano collaboration.
