Tenor Brian Stucki is joined by pianist Vedrana Subotic for this rare live performance of Schubert’s beloved song cycle “Die schöne Müllerin” (The Beautiful Miller Maid). Wilhelm Müller’s poetry narrates a story of a young man’s tragic love for the beautiful maid he encounters at a Mill. Madness\, love\, rivalry\, and death follow\, told by Schubert through a dramatic vocal and piano collaboration.

DESCRIPTION:For more than 30 years\, Code Blue Band has been sharing their love of music with audiences across Utah. Their signature sound\, built on tight vocal harmonies and rich acoustic guitar tones\, captures the spirit of the great bands of the 1960s and 1970s. \nThe band consists of John Diehl\, Mark Milligan\, Doug Pierce\, Gary Bullock\, and Mark Broadway—five longtime members who share a deep connection through music. Each has been playing and singing since childhood and continues to grow in both skill and artistry. \nCode Blue Band has performed for charity events\, community celebrations\, and two Utah governors\, as well as at venues including the Ed Kenley Amphitheater in Layton\, the Draper Amphitheater\, and many others across the state. \nThe concert is currently sold out online\, but we’ll do our best to find you a seat if there are any no-shows.
